These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Team TRN website and mobile app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for authorised staff and partners. You must have a valid Team TRN account provisioned by your organisation to use certain features.

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or our policies.

4. Tokens, Recognition & Raffles

• Tokens are a virtual, non‑monetary balance used for recognition and raffle entries. They have no cash value.
• Recognition content you submit (messages, notes) must be respectful, accurate, and lawful.
• Raffles: Entry rules, eligibility, prize details, and draw methods may be described in‑app or on the website. We reserve the right to modify or cancel raffles to ensure fairness or compliance.
• Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake accounts, token farming, system abuse) may result in disqualification and account action.

5. User Content & Conduct

• Do not post content that is illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or infringes others’ rights.
• You grant Team TRN a limited licence to host and display content you submit within the Service.
• We may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.

7. Availability & Changes

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Features may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Team TRN, its logos, and associated materials are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content unless permitted by law or written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team TRN disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
• Team TRN will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
